Welkin bikes delivery time is usually 3-7 working days.
The shipping time mentioned in the guide does not include the processing time of the order. Order processing time usually takes 1-3 business days.

The WELKIN WKEM002 City Electric Bike generally comes with a 12-month warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues with the bike’s components, such as the motor, battery, and frame.

1. Welkin Bikes Items Warranty:
1.1 Battery: 12 months
The battery can be replaced once free of charge within 12 months if not damaged by a human. After six months, the customer must bear the battery cost plus the logistics cost.

1.2 Electric machinery: 12 months
The electric machinery can be replaced once free of charge within 12 months if not artificially damaged. After 12 months, the customer must bear the motor cost plus the logistics cost.

1.3 Instrument, controller, charger: 6 months
Within 6 months, the instrument, controller, and charger can be replaced for free if not artificially damaged. After that, the customer must bear the accessories cost plus the logistics cost.

1.4 Booster, switch, accelerator handle, headlights: 1 month
Within 1 month, these parts can be replaced for free if not damaged by a human. After that, the customer must bear the accessories cost plus the logistics fee.

1.5 Front fork: 6 months
Within 12 months, the front fork can be replaced for free if not damaged by a human. After that, the customer must bear the accessories cost plus the logistics fee.

1.6 Vulnerable parts: 3 days
Vulnerable parts can be replaced for free within three days. After that, the customer must bear the accessories cost plus the logistics fee. Please, always check for damage upon receipt as replacements won't be free after that time limit.

1.7 Small parts: 1 month
Within one month, small parts can be replaced for free if not damaged by a human. After that, the customer must bear the accessories cost plus the logistics fee.

2. The customer doesn't bear the cost of spare parts and logistics during the warranty period, but the customer will bear the cost of spare parts and delivery logistics beyond the warranty period.

3. All fault buyers must provide problem pictures, problem videos, or chat records. The manufacturer is responsible for providing solutions and after-sales accessories. If maintenance costs are incurred, a maximum of £40 can be paid to cover it, and the extra costs will be borne by the customer. In case of battery, motor, or charger failure, a serial number or code shall be provided.

4. For all products requiring after-sales service, the delivery logistics number shall be provided, and the signing date displayed on the logistics website shall prevail.

5. The customer is requested to maintain the vehicle regularly. After-sales problems caused by water or improper use of the vehicle are not within the after-sales warranty period.

Special note:
1. For all abnormal problem feedback, abnormal vouchers: videos, photos, or problem descriptions must be provided. The warranty must have order number, purchase date, model name, quantity, colour, and other information.
2. The corresponding code or serial number shall be provided for the feedback about motor, battery, frame and abnormal problems, so as to trace and locate the problems in time.
3. As for the abnormality of the drive system and transmission system, the second commissioning is required after reassembly.

WELKIN WKEM002 City Electric Bike Returns
1. Minor scratches on the vehicle body are not a product quality problem, and in that case, return is not accepted. If the customer cares, please place an order carefully. In this case, the customer can be given appropriate compensation, with the maximum amount of compensation of £25, but the compensation fee shall be determined according to the actual situation and might be smaller.

2. If the customer insists on returning the bicycle without using it, it will be treated as a "return without reason". The customer shall bear the logistics expenses of £150 arising from the return. In addition, the refund amount shall be arranged according to the product return to the warehouse. If the secondary sales are affected, the refund cannot be arranged in full.

3. If the bicycle cannot be used normally due to the damage caused by transportation, it can be returned unconditionally within 7 days after feedback and proof are provided.

4. Return without cause: there is no trace of use within 7 days from the date of signed receipt, which will not affect the sales of secondary shelves. Support return without reason: for return without reason, the picture of the whole vehicle shall be provided to apply for return. The customer shall bear the logistics fee of £150. The application for return without reason will not be accepted after 7 days. If the returned vehicle has been used, affecting the secondary sales, the refund cannot be arranged in full, and the refund will be discounted according to the actual use.

5. Within 30 days from the date of signed receipt, the product can be returned unconditionally if there is a quality problem that the functionality cannot be used, that is, the problem cannot be solved by replacing accessories. After the goods are returned to the warehouse, technicians will be arranged to check the bicycles. If the actual situation is inconsistent with the facts fed back by the customer, the customer shall bear the logistics fee of £150 and the depreciation fee of £50.

6. Order interception:
(1) If the order placed needs to be cancelled the system interception shall prevail. If the interception is unsuccessful, it shall be handled according to (3).
(2) When the express order No. has been issued it cannot be cancelled.
(3) Orders with express delivery No. / unsuccessful cancellation can only cause the customer to reject the goods. For cancellation and rejection of goods, a round-trip express fee of £150 will be charged plus the actual loss of goods.

7. The customer shall bear the logistics expenses for such returned parts as abnormal logistics return due to incorrect logistics address and logistics return due to rejection by the customer: return fee: £150.

8. Transportation:
If the outer package is seriously damaged when the customer receives the goods, he or she should reject it and take photos to feedback to the place of purchase. Once the customer signs for the goods, he or she cannot claim compensation. If the customer finds that the vehicle is scratched after the customer signs for the damaged outer package, it can only be handled according to "this article 1". If the functional damage of the parts occurs, a certificate shall be provided, and the return can be accepted.

9. "After sales terms" refers to Articles 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, and 7.

10. The after-sales terms of returned parts are applicable to all Welkin brand products. The manufacturer reserves the right to interpret the terms. The after-sales terms will be updated continuously. Please pay attention to the update at that time.
