The warranty period for a bicycle is as follows. If the customer finds non-human damage within the warranty period, free of charge replacement parts will be sent.

After a warranty period, the customer has to pay replacement parts and shipping fees.

Please note: In case of any fault or damage covered by this warranty it is required to provide the order number, product model and colour, and video, photo, and description as the fault evidence, before a notification about warranty claim.

If there are quality problems in the sign-in of no warranty parts, please give feedback within 2 days from the day of sign-in, and a free replacement will be arranged. Otherwise, the buyer shall purchase at his own expense.

DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR WARRANTY:
1. The damage to the vehicle caused by the customer's own modification or the use of non-original accessories is not guaranteed.
2. Damage caused by violence or sabotage is not guaranteed.
3. Damages caused by traffic accidents, natural disasters, and wars are not guaranteed.
4. Damage caused by water ingress or soaking is not guaranteed.
5. If the parts are damaged due to unstable voltage, it will not be guaranteed.
6. Parts and accessories that have passed the warranty (warranty) period are not guaranteed.
7. Failures caused by weight overload are not guaranteed.
8. The failure of the user to use and maintain in accordance with the manual is not guaranteed.
9. Failure to use in accordance with local laws and regulations will cause failures to be out of warranty.

Order Processing Time
It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
Generally, orders are shipped within 2-5 working days of order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends might experience a delay.

Shipping Cost
All Fafrees e-bikes sold on webikeu.co.uk are free of shipping, taxes, and duties.

Shipping area and time
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Delivery Time (depending on your location)
All Fafrees e-bikes are dispatched from the UK warehouse and it takes 2-7 days for being delivered by DPD, BJS, or DX.
Accessories are dispatched from China and it usually takes 10-20 days to deliver them by 4PX.

Remarks
Shipping e-bikes to outlying islands or remote areas requires an additional shipping cost or cannot be delivered. Zip codes for remote or non-delivery locations are listed below.

Tracking
You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.

If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours on working days.

Delivery Time Exceeded
International shipping might experience a delay due to holidays. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email info@webikeu.co.uk, and we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.

Modify or cancel your order
Our customer service will help you cancel or modify the order within 24h on working days after receiving your email. And we will refund a full amount of your money after your order is cancelled. Since the email is not an instant reply, we may find that your order has been sent when we process your email within 24h. In this case, we can only say sorry for that, and we can't help you cancel or modify the order anymore. So please check the order information carefully before placing the order.
If you have received the shipping notification, please note that we CANNOT cancel or modify orders anymore. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return for a refund.

Return and refund
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we'll take it back for return/exchange. Just let us know within 30 days after delivery of the bike or accessory. Any request after 30 days will not be honoured. Please make sure to contact us by email info@webikeu.co.uk at first. We suggest you hold on to the packaging for at least one month to easily repack and be ready for ship.

Return & Exchange Conditions
Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
All items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refurbished e-bikes are excluded from our 30-day satisfaction return policy. Therefore, we request you to carefully inspect your bike for any defects or malfunctions immediately after unpacking it. If you discover any issues with the bike's functionality, please get in touch with our customer service at info@webikeu.co.uk. We will assist you with a possible exchange for the same model in such cases.
When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.

Non-returnable items:
On-sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.
Damage/Loss caused by customers is non-refundable.

Return Process
Initiate a return: Please email us at info@webikeu.co.uk with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request within 3 business days.
Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.
Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

Return/exchange Charge
If the return/exchange is due to our problems, such as incorrect products, a quality problems of products, we will provide a full refund for you;
If the return/exchange is due to the buyer’s reason, such as don’t like/want the item, or ordered a wrong product/size, the buyer should pay the original shipping fee, return shipping fee and/or refurbishment fee (if needed) of £200-300 (varies by model and shipping cost).

Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 2-3 working days.
If you haven’t received the refund within 2-3 working days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@webikeu.co.uk.
