If you find the same e-bike model offered at a lower price by a UK-based retailer, we’ll match this price, within 7 days of your purchase.


What qualifies for a price match?

  • The product must be identical (same model, colour, and configuration).

  • The purchase must have the same conditions (warranty time, delivery included, arriving within the next seven days).

  • The competitor must be a UK-based authorised retailer (electric vehicles specialist, online-only retailer, only selling directly to customers).

  • The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase and delivery.

  • The price must be publicly visible and verifiable at the time of the request.


What’s not eligible?

  • Flash sales and promotions, including auctions, pre-sales, liquidation pricing, or clearance deals

  • Prices with voucher codes, bundled offers, or membership or personal discounts

  • Marketplace listings, specialist market stalls, or any kind cycle-to-work scheme vouchers

  • Used, refurbished, or open-box items


How to request a price match:

  1. Email us at info@webikeu.co.uk with:

    • A link to the competitor’s product page

    • Your WEBIKEU order number (if already purchased)

  2. We’ll respond upon verification of the details listed above.

  3. If approved, we’ll either:

    • Adjust the price before you buy, or

    • Refund the difference to your original payment method
