What kind of e-bike should I choose?
The right e-bike depends on your personal preferences, riding style, and intended use. Therefore, we have prepared for you our five collections:
1. Challenge - for all mountains and off-road fans.
2. Share - for carrying children, your pets, or other cargo.
3. Outsmart - for all city commuters, urban riders, and folding compact e-bike lovers.
4. Enjoy - when you want to ride in an upright and relaxed position with cruising and touring in mind.
5. Advance - for business customers looking for cost-optimized and time-saving ways of transport, or just want to buy e-bikes in bulk.
What size of e-bike is right for me?
If you’re not quite sure which size of e-bike is right for you, check our recommended rider's height which always refers to the manufacturer's size guides. They're located underneath the product price for each of our products. For any additional questions, contact us. We will ask for your height and your inside leg measurement so we can suggest the best size for you!
What is your support team's response time?
Our support team strives to respond to inquiries as quickly as possible. However, response times may vary depending on the volume of inquiries we are currently receiving. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we will assist you as soon as we can.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. You can find the available payment options during checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order by logging into your account. There, you will find the tracking information for your shipment. You can also do it on our Track Your Order page.
Can I use a discount code after placing an order?
Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to an already placed order. Please make sure to enter the discount code during the checkout process.
Can I change my order?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please consider that no returns or exchanges can be issued after 30 days have gone by since your purchase.

Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after buying your item to request a return. For more information, please see our Refund Policy.
What is the cooling period in the EU?
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
What if I want to speak to someone?
We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 24 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.
Shipping
We use all major carriers and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders over £500 or on selected items during promotional periods. You can check if your order qualifies for free shipping during the checkout process.
What shipping providers do you use?
Our services reach all of the UK through our reliable courier partners, including FedEx, UK Mail, DHL, and UPS.
Eff! My package was lost, stolen, or damaged!
Oh no! Please contact us immediately letting us know your order number and your specific claim number. Once we receive that, we will work together to come to the best resolution. For more info about damages please see our Shipping Policy.
Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact our friendly customer service team as soon as possible with your order details at info@webikeu.co.uk or at the Contact Us page. They will assist you in updating the shipping address if it is still possible.
Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment we don't offer international shipping outside of the UK. We might do it though in the future. You can stay updated on changes to international shipping by subscribing to our newsletter.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. However, we offer free shipping for all orders above £500!
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. Usually, once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 48 hours of your order being dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Yes, you can exchange an item for a different size or color as long as it is within our return policy timeframe and the desired size or color is available.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after buying your item to request a return. Up to this time, you can examine the goods as you would in a shop. No returns or exchanges can be issued after 30 days have gone by since your purchase.

How do I return an item?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Not the perfect fit? Just let us know. We’re happy to help! To start a return, please contact us at info@webikeu.co.uk . How long is my return period?
We have a 30-day return policy. So, you have 30 days after buying your item to request a return.
In what condition can my items be returned?
The item must be purchased from us.
The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
The item must be unused.
The item must be in like new condition.
The item must be undamaged by improper use or accident.
Will a refund be issued?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not.
I am expecting a refund. How long does this take?
Heads up—it may take up to 10 business days for us to process your return. Once your items have undergone (and passed!) inspection, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment and will notify you of your refund via email. After your refund has been issued by us, please allow 2 additional business days for those funds to be posted to your account. Please note that your refund may only be credited to your original method of payment.
Will the refund be issued to store credit or back to me using the same payment method?
A refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
What's the return and refund policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after buying your item to request a return. Up to this time, you can examine the goods as you would in a shop. No returns or exchanges can be issued after 30 days have gone by since your purchase.

Can I return an item purchased with a gift card?
Yes, you can return an item purchased with a gift card. The refund will be issued in the form of store credit or a new gift card.
Do you offer refunds and returns on sale items?
Unfortunately, on-sale items cannot be returned, and, in this case, we can't issue a refund.
