ONESPORT OT16-UK Warranty
The warranty covers all new scooter/bike manufacturing defects for 1-year from the date of purchase. If it meets the maintenance standards are met, the electric scooter/bike will be repaired and all related parts, costs, and labour costs covered. If you need repairs or the parts are not covered by our warranty, please let us know and we will try our best to help-usually we can diagnose the problem and send you paid replacement parts. If your scooter/bike needs to be returned for repair, we will work with you to minimise the cost and workload.

We will replace any parts deemed to have been damaged during shipping. Shipping damage must be reported within 14 days of shipment arrival. This applies to all products including bikes and accessories.

Additional documentation may be requested (such as video) to assist with accurately diagnosing the problem and processing the warranty claim. Most warranty parts are fulfilled 1-10 business days after the request is put into our system by a customer service representative. Replacement parts will not be sent until evidence has been provided.

Warranty parts are sent using UPS First Class, FedEx Express, or DHL depending on the size of the part. Warranty parts will not be expedited.

Items including the chain, tires, wheels, tubes, battery handle, brake pads, cables and housing, grips, and spokes are considered wear items. These items wear down with normal use and are not covered under warranty. You are responsible for replacing and maintaining these worn items. Any unauthorized alterations or repairs are not covered and may avoid this warranty. For warranty services, please contact support by email. Bikes or parts returned without proper documentation may result in delayed service or denied warranty coverage.

The following parts and damage are not covered by the warranty:
- Consumables, such as brake pads, tires, inner tubes, and regular wear and tear of all parts.
- Damage, malfunction, or performance problems caused by collisions, fires, accidents, environmental conditions (including acid rain, volcanic ash, sea salt, bird droppings, hail, or UV exposure), overloading, lack of daily maintenance and maintenance, and/or other reasons are not eligible for scooter/bike.
- Misuse of the intended use.

The following events or activities will invalidate the warranty:
- Exceeding weight and/or speed limit (see product description for your model limit).
- Expose the electric scooter/bike or battery to an ambient temperature above 100°F or below 0°F for more than several hours at a time.
- Expose the electric scooter/bike to floods, storms, hail, or other similar events.
- Immerse our electric scooter/bike in any liquid medium.
- Attempt to change the program of any electronic system.
- Improper battery maintenance (see manual).

Warranty Claiming Process
1. To claim the warranty, you need to provide visual (pictures and videos) evidence of the defects. This should be sent to our email along with related textual information.
2. If the customer service team ascertains that there is indeed a manufacturing defect, we will send you new replacement parts.
3. Replacement parts are provided only once during the warranty period.

Stolen bikes are not covered under warranty.

ONESPORT OT16-UK Delivery
For the UK mainland, the delivery service is free for electric bicycles, and all taxes and fees are covered. The delivery time is estimated to be 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

Other Regions
If your delivery address is in the area not mentioned above, please email us, and a shipping fee will be calculated individually.

Processing Time
Usually, it takes 1-2 business days to process the order after receiving it. Please allow additional time for updating tracking information, as there might be minor delays with local couriers. Orders will not be processed on Saturdays or Sundays. Also, from June to September it is the logistics peak season and delivery may be delayed 1-3 business days.

Tracking Your Order
- Upon receiving your order, we will automatically contact our warehouse to confirm its availability and prepare for immediate shipment.
- If your items are out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you via email.
- If your items are ready for immediate shipment, we will generate a shipping label.
- Once your order is shipped, we will email detailed tracking information for you to follow its journey.
- If you haven't received this information for any reason or need further shipping details, please send us an email and we will update you on the progress of your order.

Pre-orders
- Pre-ordered items will be shipped approximately within thirty days from the date of launching the pre-order.
- All other products that we have in stock will be processed within 1-2 business days.

Cancelling Your Order
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours. If you contact us and cancel the order before the goods are shipped, we will refund all charges incurred before the delivery of the goods to you. However, once the goods are handed over to the logistics provider, your order cannot be cancelled.

Order Delivery and Signature
The transportation of electric bikes requires a signature confirmation. This is due to the high value of the product and restrictions regarding the delivery of high-capacity lithium batteries. The shipping carrier is instructed to obtain a signature before delivery and should not leave the package unattended. The shipping carrier can obtain visual confirmation from the recipient of the package as an alternative to an actual signature.

ONESPORT OT16-UK Returns
A 30-day return policy applies to this product, which means that the customer has 30 days from the date of receiving the product to apply for a return.

If the product affects the normal use of the bike or scooter within the return period, it will be accepted for the return and a refund will be issued. If there is a minor defect, appropriate compensation will be offered and replacement parts provided. Returns are not allowed after 30 days from the delivery date.

Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received, not worn, not used, and the electric bike must have travelled less than 10 kilometers according to the display screen. It must also include all items in the original packaging box and their individual, original packaging for chargers, keys, hardware, etc. In case of a return, the original purchase proof will be necessary.

All orders must be inspected upon receipt. If the product is defective, or damaged, or the received item is wrong, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and rectify it.

Items not eligible for return include but are not limited to:
- products purchased from another dealer,
- damage caused by human factors,
- products modified by the customer,
- gifts or free items.

Return Process
To initiate a return, you can contact us by email. If the return is accepted, the instructions on where and how to send the package will be provided in an email response. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted. The customer's return shipping cost is covered by the customer and is non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

In the return request please specify if it's a return or exchange and state the reason for the return. Depending on the delivery address, the delivery time of the exchanged product may vary. If the item shipped to us is over £50, using a trackable shipping service should be considered, or the purchase of shipping insurance.

Refund Process
All refunds are processed after receiving and inspecting the returned item, followed by the approval or rejection of the refund information by email. If approved, the refund is processed within approximately 48 hours, and the refund amount will be automatically credited to the original payment method. For returned items, please allow 3-6 business days to process the resolution and the refund will be issued within 3 business days after that.

Please note it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
