  • What is Refundable?
    To qualify for a return, your goods must be in the same condition as you received, undamaged or unused, labeled, and in the original packaging.

  • Condition of Product
    All returns must be repacked back into the original packaging when you send them back to us.
    Photos will be needed as proof and necessary materials for the return, including but not limited to：
    - all the bike parts are cleaned,
    - the bike is fully disassembled and wrapped up with foam paper,
    - all separate parts/keys/tools/accessories,
    - the bike is packed up and put inside the original cargo box.

  • Timing of Return
    You have 15 days to apply for a return after receiving the goods. After the 15-day period expires, the product cannot be returned.

  • Return Fees
    If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
    If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

  • Timing of Refund
    Once your return is received, we will process a refund in 2-3 weeks. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Once your refund has been processed, it will take 7 to 10 business days for your bank to process the credit and apply it to your account.
